ACE Award to Recognize Innovative Use of Technology to Promote Internationalization

Deadline for Submissions: October 15, 2009
The American Council on Education (ACE) is conducting a national call for award submissions, and will provide national recognition for innovative programs and approaches. The winning programs will be disseminated through a publication and a web site, and will provide ideas and examples that other institutions can adopt to infuse an international dimension into the curriculum and promote international learning. Although many technological resources provide instructional materials, these awards will be targeted to uses of technology that facilitate personal interaction between U.S. students and international students, scholars, and citizens.
Eligibility is limited to ACE member institutions, though ACE members may submit an application on behalf of a consortium. All ACE members or consortia of member institutions are invited to submit one or more proposals, as long as each describes a different initiative. Please access our membership website to find out more information on how to become an ACE member.
Access the online application here. Only online applications will be accepted. Submissions must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on October 15, 2009.
