E-Learn 2008 November 17-21, 2008 Las Vegas, Nevada

E-Learn 2008 -- World Conference on E-Learning in Corporate, Government, Healthcare, & Higher Education is an international conference organized by the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE) and co-sponsored by the International Journal on E-Learning.

This annual conference serves as a multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of information on research, development, and applications of all topics related to e-Learning in the Corporate, Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education sectors.

We invite you to attend E-Learn 2008 and submit proposals for papers, panels, best practices, roundtables, tutorials, workshops, posters/demonstrations, and corporate showcases/demos. The Conference Review Policy requires that each proposal will be peer- reviewed by three reviewers for inclusion in the conference program, proceedings book, and CD-ROM proceedings.

Topics

The scope of the conference includes, but is not limited to, the following topics as they relate to e-Learning in Corporate, Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education. All topics listed here.

Presentation Categories

The Technical Program includes a wide range of interesting and useful activities designed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information. These include keynote and invited talks, full and brief paper presentations, poster/demonstration sessions, tutorials, workshops, panels, and best practice sessions. Proceedings

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings book, abstracts book, and CD-ROM. These publications will serve as major sources of information for the e-Learning community, indicating the current state of the art, new trends and new opportunities.

Paper Awards

All presented papers will be considered by the Program Committee for Outstanding Paper Awards. There will also be an award for Outstanding Student Paper (therefore, please indicate with your submission if the primary author is a full-time student).

Award winning papers will be highlighted in the AACE online periodical the AACE Journal. See previous award papers featured in the online Education & Information Technology Library.
