The 7th Annual Sloan-C Conference and Workshop on Blended Learning - April 19-20 ~ Oak Brook, IL
We invite you to submit a proposal for an interactive presentation at the 7th annual Sloan-C Blended Learning Conference and Workshop. The 2010 theme is: “The Promise and Practice of Blended Learning.” This teaching and learning modality is more than a combination of online and face-to-face instruction. It is, fundamentally, a re-thinking of how we teach, how our students learn and how we can harness myriad possibilities for academia that we have not yet realized. This unique model of instruction has the potential to impact all levels of education. This conference/workshop seeks proposals that provide research, effective practices, and strategic considerations for the field of blended learning. Proposals that address specific considerations of instructional design/course development, academic planning/institutional strategies, assessment/evaluation, faculty development, and pedagogy are especially encouraged.
Proposals must be submitted by December 10, 2009.
